Have you ever made a volcano using vinegar and bicarbonate soda?
In this video, Brooke looks at the reaction of mixing bicarbonate soda and vinegar. Then, taking it further by creating the same reaction but in your mouth! Making Sherbet is a great (and tasty) way to create an acid and base reaction.
You will need:
2 Tablespoons of Icing Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Citric Acid
1 Teaspoon of Bicarbonate Soda
